In-Store Pick-up

We will process your order within 72 hours of purchasing the items. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Please bring your invoice to the checkout.

Returns

It is possible to return items purchased online within 30 days. You have 2 options:

• Return items in person at the Sports aux Puces de Mascouche store.
• Return items using a carrier.

In-Store Return

To return your items in-store, please go to the checkout with the new items you wish to return and your invoice. Your returned items must be clean and in their original packaging with tags, if applicable.

Return by carrier

To return your items using a carrier, you can fill out the return form in your account under the "My Orders" tab. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at [email protected]

Your returned items must be new, clean, and in their original packaging with tags, if applicable. Please include a copy of the invoice in the package.
